This Pizza Hut location is the best I’ve ordered food from. The food is cooked perfectly, not overly oily or over cooked. The customer service is always kept at the highest level no matter if the order is carry-out or delivery. Orders out for delivery are always delivered at the quickest time possible. Just writing a review based on what I just watched. The delivery driver walked into an office I was at, dropped the pizza box on the counter, and threw the recipt over the desk at the reception lady. As the driver walked out mumbling over his shoulder I called the store to confirm that I had the right store/driver. They confirmed the delivery and disconnected the call.. Receipt says driver name was Brock but was hung up on befor I could confirm the name. Crazy how unprofessional the interaction appeared from an outsiders perspective. The lady that ordered the delivery told me she wasn’t surprised.

The food is good. That’s it. Sometimes they forget to give you all your food. Sometimes it takes years to get your food. I made an order for 6:00 several hours prior. It was supposed to be ready at 6. I walked in and it had just been started. I don’t know if the workers are high or stupid or both but I will not bring my business back to this location.

It would seem their pizza is nothing but store bought frozen pizza. It’s sad. I would imagine this is the same with other like franchises. The service was great and the price reasonable. This is a corporate concern.

We hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in years, so we decided to give them a chance. They are 0 for 2! Both times I ordered the small box meal with half and half pizza. Both times I got the pizza with only one topping. I let it go the first time, but not the second time. The problem is with the app, but I felt like I was being accused of lying. I finally got the manager to remake the pizza. I asked her if I should bring the box back, and she said no. They only remade the pizza and left me to go home to ice cold cheese breadsticks. Inedible! Also, both times while waiting in their lobby the smell was disgusting. It was not a smell that should be in a restaurant. Pizza Hut sent me an email asking for my opinion, and I told them all this. They didn’t respond, so I am doing what they asked, and leaving a Google review.

Pizzas were excellent and the staff and manager are extremely professional and friendly. Orders on in time and if there’s a slight chance they aren’t they INFORM their customers and do not lie like a horrible chain that starts with a D nearby – they need to learn from Pizza Hut!

I’m biggest fan of this place but I am devastated that they stopped there awesome various crust seasonings that made this place unrivaled. Still my favorite pizza but what has to happen to bring back the seasonings? Is it possible, this is the only reason that has killed my weekly orders. I used to order at least once a week from here until seasonings stopped and now it’s once a month unfortunately. Still biggest fan but I am very bummed out over the seasonings. Love you guys
