Juan Pollo is always a good choice for dinner. They have fresh food. I love that their chicken is moist and tender. They have the best potato salad, and their beans are good. I ordered the mini pack, which comes with three sides. We always get two sides of potato salad and beans. The meal feeds four people. Pair it up with a salad, corn, flour tortillas, and their hot salsa, and dinner is served! The service is friendly and fast. Best to use cash, or they charge a service fee if you’re using a debit card. The restaurant is clean, and dine-in is available. We always get take-out.

Beyond disappointed. What the hell is this? I just ordered chicken nachos from this Juan pollo restaurant, and was given what you see in this picture. This did not match what was shown in the menu. The menu showed it had tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, all that good stuff, etc. So, my kid went up to the employee and asked what was included in the chicken nachos, because he clearly didn’t get what I was expecting. This young lady told my kid “the sauces are on the side” and she literally gave us only one sauce for all those damn nachos. Then, I myself told her, but what you gave us does not look like what it shown on the menu at all, and this disrespectful young lady says “well it’s not gonna look exactly the same as the menu” and also said “we are out of the cheese that’s why” after we had already paid. So I said “You should have said something before hand miss.” And there she went on her phone completely ignoring us and not even acknowledging what was wrong. Do not come to this Juan pollo, especially with this young lady here just to ruin your night.

Very good food and good prices. However, my only gripe is actually the eating experience. The dining area is so incredibly hot due to the kitchen being directly attached to it that it makes it difficult to even eat there. I wouldn’t assume that this was a big deal but I have eaten here multiple times and constantly considered just taking a table in the neighboring bakery.

Me and my wife go there visiting my kids, we’re from San Diego. Got the mini pack like always and noticed a funny smell and potato salad, well knowing this place we go there all the time when we visit our kids, I trusted it but the next day we contracted diarrhea. It was proven the case when I opened up the potato salad the next day because it was leftover and sure enough I put it in my mouth and it was totally sour

I have tried to order a chicken bowl twice now and each time around dinner time 6-7pm, I am told “we do not have any more shredded chicken, just whole chicken is available”. I have tried various locations, and this is now the second time this has happened to me. The other locations have never had this problem.

Had two Tacos and have to say the chicken did not taste right at all. Few others said the same but I tried anyways. I’ve been to many locations never had chicken like that before. Didn’t taste like rotisserie or wood fired at all more like they just put rotisserie wood flavoring on chicken . Got to be honest sorry. Maybe other days they are better idk
