If you like Dunkin’ Donuts do not come here! Staff is rude and the flavor is like no other Dunkin’ in the country…but for worse! This was the worst Iced Caramel Latte that I ever had. Also, I had a guest with sensitive allergies and they were unable to prepare a hot regular cappuccino with almond milk (no explanation on why provided) they just said they couldn’t do it. I am never bringing my money back into this place.

If you like paper in your breakfast sandwich, then this is the place to go. On different occasions I ordered a breakfast sandwich and had that white paper that is used to separate the cheese or egg cooked with and assembled. First time I though honest mistake or busy but the second time it happened it was not at all busy just neglect. I asked to speak to the manager but was set aside and felt no one cared. DD sees everyone like a number not as a customer.

No good. Obviously there’s a bunch of teens running the place. So when I asked for a tea and there were particles floating inside my cup from a container/faucet not being properly cleaned out, I wasn’t surprised. I’ve worked in the food industry and know this. And the young lady had the nerve to say it’s probably from the “liquid sugar”. Clear liquid sugar isn’t going to produce that brown stuff floating in there. I just want to throw up. They literally gave me another one with the same results… yeah I threw it out and won’t ever go there again. Disgusting.

I found a fingernail in my iced coffee. Went back and requested to see the manager on duty. Was told no shift manager was there. Was at 1:30ish on a Monday.Left my name and number and was told I would receive a call. Fast forward to Saturday still no call. Only wanted it to be brought to their attention.
