We (a party of four) have eaten here several times and had good food and service, but last night was a completely different experience. The staff was very friendly but service and food was lacking. Unsweet tea was delivered sweet twice. No refills on other drinks. One medium rare steak had not even a tiny bit of pink. It was like a hockey puck very well done. One meal was so delayed being served it had to be put in a to go box. No idea why so many errors were made in a single visit.

Made reservations for 7pm, 8 people, seated at 7:20, waitress came to table after we finally asked who’s section we were in, drinks arrived 15 minutes later. Ribeyes were approximately 1/4 inch thick, last year they were at least 1/2 an inch; my 8 oz filet was dry, no juice at all, tender but hard to swallow it was so dry; green beans under cooked and flavorless, fried okra raw inside and sweet potato sunder cooked also. We have eaten here at least 3-4 in the past 3 years, it was not the quality or service we are used too. We left the building at almost 10pm and most of the 3 hours was spent waiting for service and food. Our two meals with no appetizers was not worth $46.

My burger took almost 20 minutes to come out (there were three other occupied tables at the time) and, when it did, it was burnt and served on a dollar-store bun. The servers were less than enthusiastic and seemed more intent on ignoring my wife and I than anything else. The rolls and salad were good but you don’t go to a place like this for rolls and salad. The best part of the entire experience was the fact that I could see half a TV from my seat.

The host was very quiet and just placed the silverware and menus on the table and walked away. Our waiter Tony greeted us quickly and was friendly through the entire experience. The food was tasty, nothing to write home about but filling.

I am usually not one to give bad reviews but I think this place is deserving of on. We had not eaten there in a while because of to many previous bad experiences but decided to give it one more try. 1st we did not receive any bread although we got the plates. After ordering our salads did not come until after the meal. Actuallt one came with the meal and the other they forgot along with some other sides. The waitress never offered a refill on our drinks. The food was cold and the kitchen floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Do not recommend this place at all.

I wish I didn’t have to give them even 1 star. This place is nasty, slow, and horrible. We waited, at our table, for 15 minutes for the waiter/waitress. A guy showed up with undercooked bread. He didn’t get our drink order or even acknowledge us. After waiting 15 minutes, my husband went to ask for assistance. The waiter said, “sure, I’ll be there. I already have 5 tables.” So my husband told him he wouldn’t put him out, having 5 tables, and we left. Mind you, there were very few people in there, and his section of customers, were finishing their meals. The bartender was helping him too. We’ll never go back and we warned a party of people going in of our experience. This place needs to be closed.

July 2017 – The restaurant was dirty and there were flies buzzing around throughout our meal. The food was very overpriced with small portions from the 2 for $22/$28 menu. The only good thing on my plate was the steak tips. My wife and kids did not enjoy their meals either. We were very disappointed after driving a few hours to to go camping and looking forward to a hot meal. I would not recommend eating at this Brevard, NC location.

Please enjoy any other place than this. Air conditioning out in front of building – Very disgruntled employee. Sat at table with no light. By the time the food arrived, it was dark. Entree served BEFORE the salad. Floors dirty and greasy. At least my sirloin was cooked properly but no bread was served. This place should be closed, everyone from the top down fired, and new employees hired and properly trained.

We were sat down at a dirty table that wasn’t wiped off, then waited for 30 min to get salad and bread, then another 20 to get meal total time 50 min to get our meal……it wasn’t very crowded either…..this use to be a good place to come, we eat here frequently last 2 times have been bad in a months time. …not happy
