Cash only establishments. Located inside at suite 39 the corner lot. The name on the window is different so what’s why I felt the need to say that. The meat is marinated well and cooked properly. The fish sauce that went with it is also good and lightly spicy. I have noticed a few other restaurants around water it down to save some $ but they did not. The place is very small, maybe less than 8 tables.

Came here for the bbh, and it was good, maybe a bit on the sweeter side. The owner presented the menu, which clearly listed it as $12, but when we got the check, the owner told us it was actually $17. I understand if they didn’t want to print new menus, but maybe at least mark it with a pen on the current one? Would I come back? I don’t know. The bbh was good but I am left feeling deceived.

This place is inside Eden Center. My friends recommended this place for Bun Mam. The smell is strong and the broth is flavorful but for me it’s a little bit sweet. The minus point is they don’t have eggplant for the dish because Bun Mam traditionally included with it. I recommend to try it out.

Been to this place for 15yrs. Over time the prices jump $9 to currently $13 a bowl of bbh. The bowl was large but now it’s a medium but that is not the point. The flavor of bbh is not the same. It’s like the owner cutting corner and using flavoring agents rather then actual ingredients to make/cook the brothe. The meat served taste like days old and it’s not a joke. The years I’ve been to this place rating from quality, serving size, price, garnishment, taste, freshness: it was 8/10 years ago now down to 3/10. Would I go here for bbh again? Not again for a long time. If you had bbh here before and compare to now you know exactly what I am saying and I have not written any review of any place I’ve been to nor say anything negative until now. Maybe other reviews were years ago but no longer a valid place for bbh.

Alright let me lay down the law! The Bun Bo Hue here is off the hook! When you are craving for that authentic Vietnamese bun bo hue then there is no other! The broth here is spicy though just warning you. I get it bit less spicy because its already got that kick for me. The owner there speaks Vietnamese but don’t worry nothing that a menu with pictures can’t resolve. Just point and BOOM! And you will get served.

The best Bun bo hue we have had! It’s on the spicy side, but that’s perfect for us.
