Haven’t been to this kfc in awhile and just recently left there. It’s by far the slowest, always out of stuff, customer service is absolutely terrible, and my food was cold. If you’re ever thinking about stopping at this kfc, do yourself a favor and keep going, because you won’t get treated right ( especially if you’re a person of color) I will not be spending another dime in this place anymore, I’d rather drive to Arcadia where I’m actually valued and appreciated as a customer. Ps thank you for stuffing my cold biscuits with the chicken, I just love eating crushed biscuits

Give this play if I could give this place less than one star I definitely would I ordered they told me to pull up and wait for people came through the drive-thru and were served before I got a meal which was for one person and only included five wings it takes less than 20 minutes to cook a wing I sat at their drive-thru for almost 10 more minutes waiting for my food I really wanted my money back it’s definitely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life and this s***’s in my hometown!! I will be calling the manager they didn’t even give me my fries!!

Haven’t been to Wauchula KFC in a while cause truly it had got bad, gave them another chance…it’s still bad. Chicken was horrible, hard, dry like they had refried it. Cole slaw was good, lady at counter was nice but I won’t be back.

This place sucks the chicken was not crispy at all. Also ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and they did not give me any gravy until I asked and the employees were making faces at each other so rude like. Would not recommend. Chicken was also either burnt or under cooked. Will never return

I had a small order, a chicken pot pie and a 2 pieces meal. The wing in my meal had so many cooked feather parts on it that it looked scared!!! Quite comical…but not very appealing. They exchanged it for me. All of the meal was hot and tastey.
