This newer Chipotle location in Las Vegas was an excellent stop for a recent lunch. When I visited, there was no wait, which made it nice and quick. As always, the quality of their food was incredible, and the staff here was very nice and speedy. Check out this Chipotle of you’re on this side of town.

So I’m town visiting for a few days, Im normally 50/50 when it comes to reviews, just cuz i like to experience it myself and give an honest review. Long story short, I ordered my chipotle with EXTRA white rice, EXTRA corn, EXTRA cheese and regular portion of lettuce. I am very disappointed and see why this location is given 2 stars. They barellyyyyt gave me any lettuce and did NOT give me any of the extras I ordered. (Ordered to pick up drive thru). I’m not sure if it would of been a different experience if I would of gone in and ordered on person? Either way, very disappointed with my dinner… DO NOT recommend at least ordering online, my food also looked like it was mixed already? Idk but never felt disappointed with chipotle… won’t be coming to this location any more

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a FULL size quesadilla and they gave me a child’s size one even though it cost $11? And then my daughter’s kids meal size quesadilla was just two crumpled tortillas with no cheese at all. Went back to the store to have them remake and the manager refused saying it would “be a waste of food to remake it.” Sounds like their brand focuses more on social media presence rather than customer service. The employees are getting worse every day. Tried reaching out to customer service via their corporate number and was on hold for 30 minutes+ although I was IN the store the entire time, the manager still refused to do anything to correct her mistake.

It was dinner time and I ordered a salad along with a burrito and bowl. I kindly asked to the lady to switch the lettuce because it seemed it was sitting outside for awhile that the leaves were browning and getting dark. She said she didn’t have anymore lettuce when another employee brought and entire container with a fresh batch. She switched the lettuce and claimed that all the lettuce looks like that. All I wanted is the fresh batch and she hesitated to switch out the lettuce. By the time it came to the burrito she said that she didn’t have anymore lettuce when they clearly brought out a new batch of lettuce from the back. She responded that she didn’t have anymore lettuce and would have changed it if the line wasn’t backed up.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! I was so excited when this closer location came about. I gave it a few chances, but 3 strikes they’re out. This is absolutely THE WORST chipotle location to go to. Save the disappointment and drive an extra few miles to go to either one of the 2 locations on Eastern. Imma keep it simple: poor service, extra small portions, and non fresh produce!!! No one should “still be hungry” after eating a bowl at Chipotle. Get you a loaded bowl somewhere else!

The food is amazing fresh at every visit! Sometimes it’s a long wait to be helped and for some reason they barley put any vinaigrette in the containers. I’m not upset about the amount, It’s honestly a waste of plastic. There’s smaller containers you can use if that’s all that will be given. I always get chicken and steak and it’s $14. Amazing price for a healthy dinner.

My daughter and I had dinner here for the first time and loved it! Amazing customer service, the staff here is very friendly and answers all of your questions; don’t forget to ask for extra corn! Another hidden gem/Easter egg about this place are the lemonades! If you don’t try the hibiscus, you have no soul; it’s a game changer, and you need to drink it every time you come here.

This Chipotle is really the only one I ever go to. Great employees, fast service, clean, and easy access from St. Rose Pkwy from where we live in Inspirada. The all around quality is great compared to competitor El Pollo Loco who have the worst trained staff of any fast food company in the Las Vegas Valley.

I have been to this location a few times and my burrito bowls were okay, BUT the 1230pm crew today – burrito bowl was excellent and so fresh. Best bowl I’ve gotten here hands down!
