This little diner is adorable decorated, the half order of biscuits and gravy I got with a couple added eggs on top filled me right up. The staff was friendly I was in and out in about 30 minutes. As a truck driver I appreciate great dinners near truck stops and this one seems Top Tier. I look forward to visiting it again on my travels.

Great little spot for breakfast. Country Diner in Monteagle TN. Just ordered the standard fair of eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a side of gravy. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavor was great. Service was friendly even short staffed. Place was clean and ready for business when they unlocked the door. I love the diner decor.

Fun place with great 50’s decor. Wait staff attentive. It was a hopping spot on a Sunday morning. Food is solid breakfast fare. Loved the juicy, ripe slice of watermelon on the side!

Had a fantastic lunch. Stopped in around 2pm. No wait fast service. My waitress Beth was absolutely fantastic. And the asthetic on the inside of pretty great. When you walk up to this unassuming building it definitely surprises you. There’s lot of detail to take in. I had a Paddy melt and a Apple cinnamon cobbler that was fantastic.

I’ve been a regular for awhile. Haven’t seen Beth and Andrea lately and they were extremely good waitresses. Food quality seems to be dropping as well. The place gets a lot if one time customers and truckers from I24. Not sure how much longer they can make it. Could be much better
