OK it was late, BUT… We did a mobile food order and still waited 45 minutes for our food 🙁 the workers tried their but the management needs to realize when you are the only game in town open so late, you need to have more staff.

Ordering from this location is a hit or a miss. Recently I ordered during the evening and they only accepted cash, which seems like a common issue with this location. A couple of days ago place the order through the application and customized my order (easy lettuce) on the tacos. When I got home I tried a few of the tacos and noticed they had no cheese and some were overloaded with sauce. Really unfortunate because the food isn’t bad, but most of the time orders aren’t correct or you get a minimal amount of fries.

Terribly run establishment… every time I go here I have a 40+ minute wait in drive thru…. tonight I waited 20 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. The car in front of me was told 25+ minute wait, and he left after 15 minutes of not moving… please get your business in order, this is unacceptable.

So, I ordered on the Jack in the Box app and I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order. The worker at the drive thru window promoted me to pull around up front, so I pulled around up front. I didn’t know that the worker meant literally up front. I pulled into a parking space near the front. The worker clearly knew what vehicle I was driving and knew my face. They didn’t just ask me to pull up front as I pulled up to the window, she made a point to say she was making sure I did not receive lettuce on my sandwich.

getting the order right is hit an miss…. rofl thats funny they totaly screwed my order a simple sourdopugh jack turned into a jumbo jack… $12 for that dogmess never again would I recommend them to ANYONE HELL NO!!!!! they could screw up any order… to demand $15 an hour and you can screw up do you want fries with that… oh HELL NO!!

All I can say is Jack in the box has been here since the age of time and Jack in the box was always a good place to go get grab the clown for senior prank da. these young people who work The late shift possess very good communication skills and good timing so when they prepare your food it comes out hot and savory.. we should appreciate those young people who do work in fast food and do take the time to care for their customers as if they were preparing the food for themselves and my hat goes off to the management who are able to pick the right people for the right shift.

I don’t know why it’s so hard for people to get to order right.. But I ordered a number four with a bottle of water no Tomato. I came back because I didn’t get my fry.. The lady was very rude to me I’ve never experienced anything like this And I never got my fry… Horrible horrible service over there and she was rude to her coworkers Talking in spanish like I didn’t understand her I’ll pray for this lady tonight at my church

Wow! 1st and last time at JIB! Tried to use a coupon we just received. The gal at the drive thru (who you couldn’t understand because she mumbled) told us we couldn’t add cheese using the coupon, even if we paid for it? It clearly states on the coupon cheese is an additional charge. I read the coupon to her, nope she couldn’t do it. We got our $ back and left. SO disappointed!

Norma was so friendly. Burgers were very tasty. I would say better than the other fast food burger joints, but the do have a better atmosphere. In short, don’t let the exterior and area turn you off. Food was very good.
