Ask for a 8 piece chicken and was told 3 and 4 times its gonna take 40 minutes to fry chicken I guess they thought I was born yesterday cuz I know it doesn’t take that long but I told them I’ll wait all 4 times they told me and but after the fourth time I told them it’s obvious y’all ain’t trying to cook it smh this is why I rather go somewhere else other than Petersburg Crater Road…

Bought a 3 piece original recipe meal last week and the chicken was not properly seasoned. The chicken was fresh but lacking that taste that’s so important for the name! It’s like they did not use the entire bag of the OR seasoning in the breading mix. I know what I’m talking about because I was a KFC manager on Florida for 12 years! Guess I have to contact corporate on this one because it keeps happening I hear!

I love going up the drive thru and a professional employee is waiting to help me with my order. This was my experience at this KFC. The chicken was hot and crunchy; biscuit was fresh out of the oven; and the green beans has some spice in them. The packaging looked clean, and everything was delicious. My pup was excited and loved the chicken.

How is someone suppose to eat a famous bowl with no gravy. The gravy is what makes the whole meal good. Plus the service was slow. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 min with only one car infront of me. They have now hiring managers sign out front. They really need it. Maybe one that will make sure they fix the orders right.
