EDIT as of 5/2, I spoke to the manager and another worker while in the drive thru and they looked legitimately concerned, and I told them to just be careful whoever was on the schedule Saturday morning that they should learn proper chicken cooking protocol. But I’ll always come back for my bo rounds. the manager offered to replace my order and I finally came back in, and it was delicious

Just as we completed giving our drive thru order the power went out momentarily. The manager said they could not ring it for 15 minutes but offered us the order for free. I’ll be back! Great customer service.

FINALLY have a Sanitation score above 90 but now dealing with the rudest laziest people Ive seen in drivethru consistently for no good reason. Come here at least twice a week and if I come for breakfast have ordered Supremes Combo that though a typical lunch menu is made for breakfast at ANY Bojangles Ive ever gone to for last 10 years. I may have to wait a bit but dont mind. Same drivethru person three weeks in a row said they dont make it for breakfast. I explained each time calmly that they have always made it at any Bojangles. Last two times she got attitude but made it. This time seemed she blew a circuit and frustratingly and rudely asked what else I wanted as if I was such a bother. I exclaimed ‘you’re really getting an attitude about this?” and drove off. NEVER to return. Lost an ar-least-twice-a-week-customer. Guess she dont care still getting paid. From what I hear it happens a lot here. A shame, cause this close to Brandon Oaks they should be a lot busier.

Bojangles went downhill after the 2018 buyout and this location is no exception. 3 out of 3 visits were horrible and I’ll never go to Bojangles again. This last visit my biscuit had a rotten egg on it. Smelled and tasted so bad that I opened up the biscuit and found a black slimy egg. I used to love bojangles but I’m done going there after the quality of food in 2020.
