Very disappointed when I got home with our takeout, it’s beyond me to understand how anyone can screw up original recipe chicken, it was by far the driest chicken I’ve ever eaten in my life, the Mac and cheese was disgusting at the very least….as a local we will never be back.

Sunday August 6th service was great but we ordered 2 dinners and it was original recipe, but it was burned or left in the warmer to long and was hard!! I’d advise anyone to watch when ordering and check your food before you leave!! Now they won’t answer their phones!!!

Twice in a row now, we spent $44 for the 12 piece family meal and the chicken pieces, especially the breasts and thighs, were small dried and tasteless, at 4 pm in the afternoon! Plus, no silverware or napkins. Do the owners not care? NEVER eating our favorite chicken at this location again. Its horrible.

I order at the drive through. I placed my order at 4.35pm and did not get my food until 4.50 pm. I ordered the 20 dollar fill up and it did not fill up 3 adults. And also it was very greasy.

The KFC in Chatsworth is pretty good food. But the service can really be awful. Ordered on the app and my order wasn’t ready 20 minutes after it said on the app that it was ready. Utter BS.

The food was….OK but I made the order online and they made it wrong . When I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager she said it wasn’t wrong and it was wrong. She didn’t even offer to make it right we ordered 8 pice legs and thighs, and I got wings and breast YES IT WAS WRONG, We don’t eat wings and breast so half of our food got feed to the dogs I will go to food city before I go back to the KFC in chatsworth
