Fortunate to stumble upon this food truck at home. The po boy was perfect. The shrimp were probably jumbo because I got a bit in every bite which isnt always the case with catfish and shrimp po boys. Green beans were seasoned well and loved that there was no meat in it.

The food truck came to our apartment complex today and I thought why not. So glad I did!! The food was freshly cooked and amazing. And the chef/owner was one of the nicest people I’ve met. Hands down the best green beans I have ever had in my life!! If you see this truck, do not hesitate to place your order as soon as you can.

The food truck was in my neighborhoodso.i decided to give them a try . I ordered the Willie Mae Po Boy. Hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten . The shrimp and fish were seasoned to perfection. All the toppings were fresh . Nice sized portion. Even better than the sandwich was the customer service from the owner Desmond. I would highly recommend their food!!
