Never have I been to a spot where there was no line ahead of me and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Customer service was all over the place and when I finally got my food, was heavily disappointed with the quality and taste. I say save your money and time and just drive down the street to McDonald’s for a better quality burger(it’s actually that bad). Not to mention, you could get In-N-Out’s bland fries and they’d still be better than the fries served to me.

Terrible experience. The lady working the register and bringing the food is incompetent and lacks customer service skills. After taking my order, this lady had me wait ten minutes just to take my payment because it was a credit card transaction.
