This was my first visit to a Zaxbys, but not for my family. They knew their Zen salad was back and had to have one. So, I ordered one too. It comes with chicken, fried or grilled, and citrus vinaigrette seasoning. We ordered cheese bites and French fries as sides. The salad was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing. The service was good.

Ordered a loaded ranch chicken fries and was told they can’t put grilled chicken instead of fried chicken (they literally cut up a fried chicken tender and add it to fries) you can use grilled instead? Then I ordered a CUT grilled chicken breast with a side order of fries AND THI IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME!

I ordered a Zalad here and it was yummy! The cashier was super helpful and patient with me while I made my selection. She even helped me with app because they totally changed it and I wanted credit for my visit. I will definitely be coming back. This location is way better than the Madison location. I always have issues there. Keep up the awesome work!

Customer service is not good, this is 3 time my Oder hasn’t been correct. When I do coke back to get my order fix problem in the window have an attitude problem, and should just be like okay I’ll fix. I shouldn’t get an attitude for bring my food back because mistake someone made in kitchen. Things happens but shouldn’t have attitude.

I eat at Zaxbys at least once a week and have been having the same problem every single time!!! If someone gets more than 2 drinks and they are in the car alone, give them a drink carrier!!!!! The girl at the window last night was so rude and had such a bad attitude I didn’t want to ask her for one cause I could tell she was in a mood!!!! I spend way to much money there to have my food thrown at me and her say have a good one and slam the window!!!! Yeah I won’t ever be back!!!!! I spent 45 dollars to make it home with only 2 drinks and my order upside down in the bag!!!! Never again!!!!!!

So upset! Love the Asian Zensation salad, went through the drive through and got 2, 1 for my husband and 1 for myself. Drove 20 minutes home, opened my bag and realized they didn’t give me any of the citrus vinaigrette! I was so looking forward to it, I wanted to cry! I would go back, but don’t want to drive 20 minutes back. All I can say is check your bag before you leave! Hate to spend $22 and not get what you’re supposed to get!
