I came here with my family after church, we all ordered the Rita’s Omelette, I ordered mine with no onions, the first time they brought it out it had onions on it and in it, I sent it back and told them I requested no onions, the second time it came out it still had onions all through it. I sent it back again, the waiter asked me if I wanted to order anything else. I told him I wanted the omelette WITHOUT the onions, it took another 25 minutes to come out. Meanwhile my entire family had been done eating 40 minutes ago. And the last time he brought it out it was missing the toast. That was another 10 minutes wait. They never apologized or offered to take it off the bill. I will never come here again and I will encourage anyone who wants to, to go somewhere else. A simple apology goes a long way. Instead of acting like I was the problem. Customer service is terrible

Friendly servers and good food. Always a great experience when I’m here. Hand breaded fish on Fridays is constantly great. The fried chicken is also really good. They always have a good selection of desserts that are very tasty.
