My husband, son and I stopped in a few days ago for a late lunch. It was one of the hottest days we’ve had with Temps over 100°. Coming from the outside in, it was cool in the building but super hot for the employees in the back. Tessa, the manager, was amazing! She was helping all she could while apologize for the temps in the store. She went above and beyond for her customers as well as her employees that day! Arby’s is lucky to have her on board! She’s amazing!!!

The ladies who served me at the drive-through were extremely sweet and took my order with efficiency. My order was ready very quickly and the curly fries came out piping hot and crispy, just how they should be. Props to this great team.

Oh my gosh the roast beef was not sliced thin but was thick and rubbery. I seriously had to spit out the sandwich because bites in I was about to get sick. Did they change how they are slicing the roast beef. Super sad as I used to love the beef and cheddar sandwiches

They did not get my order right gave me small number 2 when I ask for half pounder meals went in dug thru my food gave me my half pounders and threw away the food then threw the bag at me I will never go there again!

We drove thru to get our food ,the help always seems to roll their eyes when you ask for extra Arby’s sauce packets..! They forgot to give us the straws for our drinks, we got them and girl apologized for the other person who forgot.
