3 items for wraps. They said they could fix other things as wraps. Later they said they could fix an item as a wrap. But they knew I wanted a tortilla wrap but they made a lettuce wrap. I was furious I’d been duped!!!!!

Not generally a fan of JJ due to several horrible service experiences there but this particular location delivered. They were nice, addressed me as I walked in as a paying customer. Food was delivered with a smile and quickly. Very nice cree at this location. So I guess it’s true, staff can make or break an experience. Good job to this location, if I’m in the area again, I’ll be back.

Was passing through and decided to stop in as Jimmy John’s is one of the few places our family can all agree on. It almost came to a screeching halt here as they were out of turkey. Unfortunately it seems 60 to 70% of their menu options have turkey. So immediately almost everyone’s first, second, and third options were not available. We did eventually settle on options, that were fine, just Similar to going to a car dealer to buy a Corvette, but leaving with an accord. Lol. I do want to say this however, it was remarkably clean, and the Lady working behind the counter showed impeccable care and precision with the way she made and carefully wrapped everyone’s sandwiches as if they were important. Maybe in the grand scheme of things it really doesn’t matter, but the fact she paid such attention to the little things made me appreciate and feel this location had put a specific emphasis on quality. Nice job.

I like Jimmy John’s a lot. I eat there quite frequently. I just wish they were a little more giving on the extra stuff you put on sandwiches. I always order lettuce on a sandwich that typically doesn’t have lettuce but I get very little.
