Friendly staff ~ the man taking our order was very nice. Clean restaurant. Had a few tables outside. Parking lot is smaller and doesn’t appear to have much space for large vehicles ~ has a drive through. Vanilla iced latte and breakfast was delicious. Dunkin is one of my favorite places to get coffee! Would recommend.

I love dunkin coffee. It is always a great spot to go for coffee or a breakfast item. There are times at this particular dunkin that they mess up my order and I’ve noticed that if you dine in here your order will be put on the back burner so you will probably be waiting longer. They are also not super on top of their cleaning when it comes to the tables and everything inside. The staff are always really nice though. I love dunkin but I can’t say that this dunkin is my favorite.

I’m ex-employee they will show you how to do things but not tell you what your job title is then they expect you to do manager work like handling peoples hours on the computer or running money to the bank for that one. That’s a manager job. expect you when you open the store to do manager stuff but will not get paid to do manager work or pay or the title of manager or shift lead . If you don’t do it, you get your hours cut because they don’t like.

I don’t usually bother posting reviews of fast food type places, but I was really thankful for the Dunkin on Main Ave’s crew today. don’t know if the particular staff working this afternoon will ever see this, but I really appreciate their friendliness. They always make the atmosphere good, (the main reason I like to go to this Dunkin when I’m not broke lol) but I especially noticed today when they went out of their way to cheer me up. I love this Dunkin sm <3 :')

Went in there to get breakfast. Wasn’t busy. No one was in the store. Maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. There was 3 employees and not a single employee greeted us and we sat there watching them goof around having their own conversations before we just walked out and left. Unbelievable. How are you going to see customers waiting and not care and just carry on like we don’t exist? Won’t be back.

I feel bad writing this review because I know mistakes happen, but I go to this location often, and in the last month, there have been three occasions where I was missing food items. The first time I ordered a donut with my coffee and was handed an empty bag. Literally there was nothing in it. I went back into the drive thru and mentioned what happened. Usually, I’ve been greeted with kindness at DD, but the lady who I spoke with acted very annoyed and said “Well, we are out of that kind.” And I was like… “Okay, can I get a different kind?” She rolled her eyes and handed me the new donut I ordered without an apology. I paid for the order on my mobile app, so I was pretty annoyed that she acted like I was making a big deal about getting an item I paid for. I even apologized for the inconvenience, which I shouldn’t have because this was not my fault and I should have been offered an alternative option if my order couldn’t be fulfilled.

I feel so badly writing this review, but given the reaction I received by stating my coffee was wrong, I felt it necessary. I frequent this location and order the same thing. Their lack of consistency is very frustrating. I order this exact drink at every DD that I go to. The De Pere location makes it differently every single time. It was SO bitter the first two times they “remade” it. I said it’s not right. I said it’s way too dark and just not right. The young girl was defensive and kept saying I made it the way you wanted it, and shrugged me off. I know it’s not right because I order this, and only this. They didn’t apologize and acted very annoyed by me. I had to pull up two different times and they all acted super annoyed by me (like, “she’s back again”). I’m not a “Karen,” but my coffee wasn’t right. The manager is always very frazzled acting and not engaging with customers at all. I don’t know. I feel badly for complaining, but also feel that the DP location could benefit from some training. Consistency is key in branding!

one star because me and my sister were at the drive thru and this worker with black glasses and green hair, we were ordering and we had giggled just for a second and she said “ i want a large one second please “ she has said that because she was giggling because i had told her something i remembered, and the the guy said rudely sorry we don’t have a large one second please and when we pulled up to the drive thru he expected her to take the drinks by one hand like what?! he was rude bad service. 1 star deserved.

Terrible service. Called 45 mins ahead and order two boxes of coffee and a dozen assorted donuts. When I arrived 45 minutes later, they haven’t started any of it and told me that they didn’t have any coffee boxes and they would have to give me an igloo cooler for the coffee. Then it took 25 minutes to get the order ready and the coffee tasted terrible.
