I used to love this location because the service was quick and friendly. However, the location went downhill quickly these past months. The doors are locked during the daytime with no one manning the drive-thru speaker at times, and the wait times have been ridiculous. Because I used to like this location and it’s a convenient location for us, I was hoping things would improve, but they keep getting worse, and this evening’s experience was the last straw. My husband went to get just a vanilla iced coffee for me. He said when he got there, a male employee told him he’d be with him in a minute. My husband sat there for about 15 minutes until someone finally helped him. He ordered a VANILLA iced coffee and waited several more minutes before they gave him a MOCHA iced coffee that was only a little over half full. My husband was so fed up that he didn’t say anything about it because he felt like the employee didn’t care, and he didn’t want to wait any longer. I hate to say it, but I will not be returning to that location. I hope the owner takes the reviews of this place seriously and makes some changes soon because I’ve read many similar reviews to mine, unfortunately.

What kind of slop is this. I’m not giving my family this to eat that’s a hospital visit just waiting to happen. First and last time going to a burger king. Period. Sorriest service I’ve ever had. Went tonight around 7:15 placed order fast even got my meal fast. But never got my drink. Girl quickly closed the window before I could tell her I didn’t get my drink. Her and two coworkers just stood there for a few minutes just goofing off. I made eye contact with all of them but they ignored me and kept goofing off. After about 3 or four minutes. All three went to hide in the back. But not before the one guy poured himself a drink, yet i never got mine. This location has really been going downhill and I won’t be back.

While it took a little long to order with the place not that busy, (3 cars in line) I normally don’t let this bother me trying to understand since my son works in this industry, however, The young man at the second window was very rude ! First by telling me, I was supposed to pay at the first window, which I was not instructed to do at the drive thru, before pulling forward, and we waited at the window, but no one came to the window, so we pulled forward. And then the way he hands us our food, like we were putting him out!!! Saying absolutely nothing to us. Very ungrateful, I will not return!!!!!

Shame on you CORPORATE Burger King this store is horribly under staffed and has been for months I watched today as people walked in waited to order and walked out because no one could get to them over 10 customers meanwhile a staff member walked out now you are down ANOTHER person and people waited up to an hour to be served. Everytime I order there or through doordash they never have drinks. How is that? I know McDonald’s ice cream machine has issues but at least they have drinks. And then say it is because they are closing soon, hello it is 930 on a Saturday!!! Freaking lazy manager=lazy employees

Beware this Burger King let’s employees make sandwiches without gloves with a manager present I came back to get my burnt impossible whopper remade because it was burnt black and inedible I get to the first drive thru window and see a employee pinching lettuce tomatoes with no gloves onto a bun that was in the palm of his bare hands. I was in disbelief and got a refund the spread of germs from his hand into the rest of the food I don’t think anyone should bring there family to eat here!!! the manager Julia is aware of this review. Just foul

A lot of attitude, for what? Took forever to order, no one is at the first window so we pull up, she has attitude saying “I said first window” (you didn’t, and no one was there), snatches the card and walks off and takes sweet time to give it back even after it was charged (I checked on my app). Pass on this location.

absolutely ridiculous. sit at the speaker for 10ish mins, no “i’ll be right with you” or anything. just silence. when they FINALLY do speak to you they’re too busy laughing and talking to other employees to the point you have to repeat yourself several times.
