Great little local bar with good food for hungry travelers or vacationers. We had the club and the chicken bacon cheddar and fries. Sandwiches were delicious and fries were hot and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Take time to read the signs…they are quite entertaining.

Stopped in for lunch on Labor day. The place was busy. Despite that, the bartender and the kitchen staff did an amazing job. The food was fantastic and the drinks were cold and hit the spot.

Great Burger! Option of fries or onion rings. Very tasty! If you like a quality burger don’t pass up this Tavern! Menu is pretty much burgers. No coffee. Which for us was a bit disappointing the atmosphere inside was great. Music not too loud we could easily talk and heat each other. There were 6 of us. We will be back

We heard they had great burgers here so we took a drive out from Traverse City to give them a try. When we arrived we were told the owner was fixing the roof and the kitchen was closed. Instead there was a crock pot of taco fixings. Well I guess we will never know just how good those burgers are.
