More times than not, they messed up my order, were late, didn’t carry enough change, ruined my order again, thinking a free pizza makes up for it. No, where is the accountability in that? That doesn’t solve anything. And then I’m stuck with a nasty pizza and have to either order another one or wait for the free pizza or 20% off. It’s not a solution. The last order they messed up, they didn’t put any sauce on my pizza and the left out a topping! I definitely don’t recommend their delivery service. I haven’t been there in person, so I can’t speak much on that. But when they got my order right, boy, did they get it right, but not often. I’m sick of the undercooked pizza (I started ordering well done), tired of the wrong/missing toppings (which cost more! and a free pizza doesn’t measure up to the cost!!) Also, they’d been late a few times, too. So, NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Just left this store. I have been a patron of this store for decades. DECADES. Jason, the manager, told me he wouldn’t serve me tonight because I asked him to remake my pizza as I had paid for three toppings and was only given two. I have NEVER BEEN disrespectful. I didn’t use fowl language. I didn’t yell. I didn’t threaten the manager. He looked at me as a black woman and made it clear he wasn’t serving me. I a. Always professional. His employee, a woman, lied directly in face. I confirmed my order on the phone with her. She lied and said I had not. Why would I lie? What would that do for me? I’ve never felt so stereotyped by someone in my life. I want the cameras reviewed. He refused my service in front of multiple people.

I came to visit my sister and brother in law. They ordered take out from this place, not only did they come back fast, but the pizzas were amazing!!!! Soooo good! He got 1) The Mitzza was bomb! The sausage looked like it was from an ItalianRestaurant 2) Extravaganza was delish 3) the Wisconsin 6 cheese was sssoooo good!!

Zero reviews. Manager was unable to take my call because he was too busy, I tried to understand, however, he didn’t want to bother to have me call back or take my number for a return call to address my complaint. You pay for “extra” items which you don’t get but they sure charge you for it. Never fails. Gave benefit of the doubt but they have forever lost a loyal customer they couldn’t even bother to speak with. Unfortunate, disappointing customer service and the food especially, beware.

This place is okay. I ordered a bread bowl and it was good, but I was disappointed when they didn’t put the garlic oil on the crust, same thing for my pizza also. When I ask why they don’t put garlic oil on the crust anymore, the excuse they gave just sounded lazy. I also ordered a sandwich, and they didn’t even bother to cut in half. I’m not saying the food is bad, I just wish the workers could pay closer attention to detail.

Dominoes hand tossed pizzas r the best. Instead of the tomatoes sause I have them add Alfredo sauce and the pizza taiste so good. I work in the same shopping center so when I get hungry I place my order then walk a few steps and pick up my pizza, very convenient for me. Thanks dominoes
