The customer service at this location is the poorest service in the city. Not only do the employees not speak and have the nastiest attitudes, they serve cold food. When returning the cold #1 I got this morning, the employee just looked at me as if I was supposed to come in and make a hot #1. Then finally the sandwich was replaced but not the cold hash. I 100% would not recommend stopping here for anything. Go where you’re welcomed and will at the very least get hot fresh food.

I waited on lunch because I knew the food would be hot but to my surprise the food was cold I called the restaurant and the manager Sherry Black answered and I was like perfect just the person I needed to I was the only person in line after placing my order I still had to wait no problem it’s gonna be hot when it comes out Well to my surprise it was cold so I called Sherry Black answered stated she was the manager and I told her I just left there and my food is cold. She stated No it wasn’t I fixed it myself.I said yes ma’am it was that’s why I’m calling she stated No it wasn’t. I seen no use in talking with her anymore because it was useless so now I’m calling the corporate office because this is ridiculous I’m spending my money at least give me what I paid instead of attitude because your not trained professionally at the job they pay you to do customer service isn’t for everybody. I will not ever go back there Sherry Black please go back to school and and invest in your future and find something that fits you and maybe you wouldn’t be so angry about fixing burgers the wrong way.

Went today at 1:30 pm, ordered #5. Wasn’t made fresh, bread was over cooked, damn near burnt. Wasn’t greeted at the window, guy working the window never made eye contact until he realized that he had not passed me my drink. Never said hello, or Thank you! Sandwich was so old I couldn’t eat none of the bread because it had been sitting on the warmer and more than likely they just added the condiments to make it a whopper jr. Drink was the best think that came out the window. Do better!

My advice has been the same for this burger king for years. Get someone to come on to the floor and clean. I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen a person on the floor refilling the stuff near the drinks area or sweeping, or picking up. Depending on the day, you may get a courteous employee, and you may not. Other than that, the food itself is good in my opinion.

Rude doesn’t even begin! Just tried to order with code. Didn’t even politely ask any info. Acted more like demanded info. My app said the code was taken and she said it wouldn’t take it! Gave up and left. What happened to customer service?

The food was ok. It could’ve been better. I had to pull up to the front and wait for our order. Then I had to go inside because all of my order wasn’t in my bags and our fries are way too cold to have to have waited for. But over all I do love the whopper. Hands down it’s still one of the greatest burgers ever.
