I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, 2 reg fries, and a Bacon Cheee Burger. I was very disappointed. How do you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich?! It wasn’t tasty, at all. It was made with buns turned inside out. It didn’t seem to have been grilled w/butter, it wasn’t good. The fries were average. However, my daughter enjoyed her Bacon Cheese Burger, so that’s why I gave 3 stars.

For a chain burger joint this place is pretty great. They cut the fries fresh every day and if you have never eaten non-frozen fries that were cut that day you are missing out. Oh, and they give you twice as much fries as you would expect so maybe size down on the order if you don’t have a big appetite. The burgers are highly customizable and you kind of have to pick your own toppings and condiments when you order so make sure you read everything on the menu before getting to the front of the line. It does take a few minutes to get your food because they make everything to order, but I definitely think the wait is worth it and think you should check it out.

It was such a bad day to go to five guys. The old man at the cash register couldn’t hear us and seemed pretty rude, both Coke were broken, it took 18 minutes to get our food, The french fries were undercooked, and the floors were filthy mess.

This is the worst location to go to, I do luv five guys how ever the customer service at this specific location is terrible! They made my burger super sloppy/soggy. An I paid for a small Cajun fry and when I received my food the fries were just there normal fries. So I go up a tell them politely they messed my order and then the guys proceeded to gas light me and tell me they were Cajun fries when they clearly weren’t(there was no spice). A than proceeded to give the Cajun seasoning to do it myself, I paid for the seasoning to already be on the fries not for me to spice it up myself. Just wanted new fries that was it, the burger was still good but super messy.

Went to the Red Robin next door; waited 65 minutes for nothing, got appetizer before the drinks; walked out, went to Five Guys and was not disappointed. Like usual. Nice staff, hard working, and one tasty burger.

If I could I would give it a 5 star. I Think five guys is awesome for a high-end burger joint. I have been to a lot of five guys and they are usually always cleaner then this one. They need to work on their cleanliness as hard as they work on their burgers. I love the Cajun fries and the quantity of them when I order a large. I’ve been to some five guys where I would give them five stars. But this one needs to work on the peanut shells all over the floors and cleaning the tables a lot faster. Food wise it is awesome! Super delicious. But isn’t cleanliness close to godliness?
