Only thing open on Christmas was McDonald’s IHOP and Waffle House….so waffle House it is….went inside and ordered for me and the family….it was very packed but I ordered within 10 mins and the order was ready less than 20 mins…..I’ve been sick so I think that affected my tastes buds but everyone enjoyed their meal

Been to 3-4 waffle houses during our 6 day travel. Waffle house has gone down. Cold grits, pre cooked hard bacon, cold toast, waffles are no longer fat, their now skinny and zoggy. Some employees are great, a few are just not paying attention, and get the order wrong, coffee is cold, silverware was dirty, but asked for clean silverware and it was politely given to us. Just found out they have blueberry waffles, nobody ever asked us before until this time. It was depressing constantly getting cold food. Especially the night 6 cars pulled in the restaurant the same time we did, and it was late so I just new we were finally getting hot food . NOOOOPE dam grits still cold, lumpy, bacon hard, cold toast , cold coffee

Waffle House has the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMERS!!! So many of you have become a form of therapy after losing my son in March and then my Dad in August !! So so was recommending a customer reheat their now cold waffles in Togo boxes and they told me they had just gotten one and i mentioned how much I enjoyed mine and that I was gonna check on the ones for Black Friday Mind you their orders were late and yet these particular customers weren’t aware of my losses! 20 mins after they left they returned with an Air fryer !! Thank you guys
