The store hours says 24 hours. Went to the drive through to place an order and the guy tells me we are only doing door dash orders This is at 2:30 in the morning. My brother was in front of me and they took his order and he got food. This is not the first time with this store. Close the store at night if your employees will not serve you 24 hours as advertised. I am happy I don’t live here to deal with this store on a regular basis.

This Burger King lists itself as being open 24 hrs, and I suppose it’s paying its employees to work day and night. The night shift is so lazy, however, they do not actually work. They sit in the lobby all night and ignore anyone who tries to go through the drive thru. They will look and aometimes make eye contact with vehicles driving through, and keep sitting. Sometimes they sleep in the lobby.

In the last minute I had to flag someone down to ask what was going on, they already had my payment. He said they didn’t have meat, that’s why it took so long. I asked why wasnt I informed when I ordered, he said they didn’t tell him till I was already paying. I let him know I should have been informed. He said it’s cooking now, and then I finally got my order. I thought this is at least gonna be so good since its super fresh…..it is so over cooked almost burnt, tastes old and dry. Cheese was half off of the burger before this photo was taken. 10/10 terrible experience.

They clearly state the drive thru is 24 hours and the lobby is open until 9PM, but when I walked in at 8:19PM I was turned around by an employee and told they are closed. I needed to use the restroom quickly then just wanted a drink, so I left and went elsewhere.
