The menu is small, but small to me means better quality and service. The pasta is fresh, the sauces are delicious and the pistaccio cannoli is to die for! Can’t wait to try their zucchini sticks this week! Go, you won’t be disappointed.

Quick and quiet lunch with delicious homemade noodles and a glass of wine! Thoroughly enjoyed the truffle mushroom Alfredo and the fried ravioli. The marinara sauce is delicious. We will be back for sure!

Fabulous pasta!! It’s a nice cross between fast food and sit down. We have been twice and the food is prepared while you wait, comes to the table piping hot and is a great portion. I had the chef special pasta with the vodka sauce and sausage…delish!!!

I visited pasta, guy in trinity with friends and it’s completely different from Wesley Chapel. Wesley Chapel is the smaller restaurant, but Trinity is the much larger restaurant and they serve you in real plates.

Pasta Di Guy has quickly become my favorite pasta spot! It tastes super fresh and comes out nice and hot. The prices are not bad considering the bowls are big and I get two meals out of it. It also tastes really good for leftovers the next day! Overall 10/10 really cute atmosphere as well!

Kinda torn on this place. The fried ravioli were amazing and the size of the portions were good. The bread sticks are nothing special (no seasoning, just dough) and no bread comes with the purchase of a pasta bowl. Ordered the Truffle Mushroom Pasta and added grilled chicken to it. Pasta and sauce was good but chicken tasted like Tyson processed grilled chicken bites. For $15 I would expect real grilled chicken. We also ordered Alfredo pasta and added the crispy chicken and this was a lot better but nothing special. They do offer veggies noodles which is a great alternative but we didn’t get to try this time. As well as subs, wraps and salads. If you are looking for something fast give them a chance. Staff was friendly and place is still new.

I love your food but you guys have cut way back on your portions significantly. We’ve been ordering since you opened and have noticed that the pasta is no longer filled to the top lid and the breadsticks are smaller for the same price if not more. The breadsticks used to be the same length of the container it came in. Now it’s only half. I would rather pay more for the same portions then expect to be getting more and getting less.
