The cashier was very friendly and polite. However, when we placed our order we asked for one of the sandwiches to be held while we were eating ours and instead of waiting the sandwich person left it out on the counter next to a dirty rag. While dinning in I had to get up and retrieve my sandwiches we were eating there but the lady and her friend had her sandwich brought her from the people behind the counter. Again the cashier was nice so I gave a three if she wasn’t I would’ve given a one.

This is our favorite sandwich place! It is hard to beat a beef brisket or an italian sub which are our favorites! The subs are always excellent and well prepared and very tasty. I usually pick them up since they are close.

Great subs and very friendly service. Lunch was busy but they had plenty of staff to keep the line moving. Only issue so far is with the app recognizing transactions to accumulate points. I’ve visited twice and still have 0 points but that’s an app issue and not a problem with this location

This is a great place to eat. The quality of the food is good and the staff is awesome. I would try to pick out one employee as a standout but I can’t because they are all very welcoming, hard working and customer service oriented. The eating area is also clean. A manager mentioned the owners are actively involved in the business which makes a huge difference. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

Love Firehouse subs. Unfortunately this time they got my wife’s steamer wrong. I had asked for bacon on my Italian, and got it. Yummy. The main mess up was that they also put bacon on the steamer. They let us keep the “bad” steamer, and made a new one. They were busy and it did take a fairly long time, but when she did get her new steamer it was perfect. We have been going to Firehouse for years and this is the only time that I can recall us ever having any issues. I would say that over all you have a very good record of getting orders right.
