When I pulled up to the window to pick up my food the server flung the window open and threw my order at me. I could already tell by the size of the bag that about half my order was missing. There were cars behind me so I knew he’d have to return to the window soon. When I showed him my receipt he said well you must have changed your order. Which I did not but regardless he walks away and comes back with the rest of my order, tosses it out the window and walks away. WON’T RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

I come here a lot, Almost weekly. The food is great, the people are great, but the service is subpar. Multiple times that I come here they keep forgetting the sauce I asked for which they ask me if I wanted on my order. This time I ask if they could put Frisco bread on my super star sandwich and they got me a lettuce wrapped sandwich. If it wasn’t for the mistakes happening all the time I wouldn’t have rated this specific Hardee’s so low.

if it wasnt such a small town i’d never go here. the management always has an attitude and normally if management does take our order it comes out wrong. regular employees seem to do okay and are normally nice but this place needs new management bad.

I always have good positive experiences at Hardee’s here in fairview. Normally get the chicken tenders which are fabulous love their curly fries. Very often get the children’s meal for my Grands with chicken tenders french fries milk and a surprise

I eat here every morning. They forget my eggs one time next time the hashbrowns. I always order a meal that includes the drink but when I ask for water as my drink the charge me extra “for the cup”. It comes with the meal. Every time I’m there they are always on their cell phones and not paying attention to what is going on, including the managers. That’s probably the reason my order is never right.

Hardee’s can be slow and the wait can be 10 minutes at times on average, but when they cook your chicken , they always cook it fresh and it’s always hot and made when you order. That is nice to get fresh hot food since you have to wait . That makes it worth while. If you are in a hurry then I’d suggest Taco Bell. They are fast! If you have time to wait though then it’s worth the wait !
