Food was great and you definitely get your bang for your buck with the portions. We had an omelette, scrambled eggs and french toast, all of which were delicious. The home fries were one of the most flavorful I’ve had. Servers were very attentive and friendly. Table had a great selection of hot sauces to choose from. Crowd was reasonable for 9am on a Sunday. Definitely found our new breakfast spot!

This is, hands down, the best breakfast place in the area. Stop your google search. Cease your “Breakfast near me” query with Siri. Cafe Madison has it all. Owner Dean and his staff make the best food! First time I came in, had the Upside down Pineapple and Walnut pancakes and tasted like they were made in heaven. Second time in , had an omelette and it was incredible. Gotta do the hash browns with onions – delicious. And the prices are INCREDIBLY reasonable. We had breakfast for two, with drinks, and all for $20. It’s CASH ONLY so bring the bills not the credit card. Do not miss Cafe Madison if you’re in Bucks County for breakfast or lunch

I enjoy their food and their portion sizes are nice. However, compared to other similar restaurants, I find that they nickel and dime you. I understand if you want something EXTRA, that you are charged. My mom asked for her home fries to be well done and we were charged an additional 50 cents. We were not told this prior to getting the bill. Not only were the home fries not well done but I feel this is a ridiculous and unnecessary charge. No, 50 cents is not going to break the bank, but it’s the principle. Additionally, I ordered a BLT. At most other restaurants, chips are included (similar price sandwhich). At Madisons, they charge 2.00$ for a side of chips. I know it’s convenience but I could buy a big bag of chips for 2.00. I could see charging maybe 50 cents. But othwise, food and service is good. Just hate being charged for things that are really ridiculous.
