food wasnt that good. got a blt foldover and it was lacking. the crust was hard and cracker-like and the inside topping just weren’t that good. pizza Brothers is way better. since new owners took over the food quality has definitely suffered. service was good though no issues there. just a wierd atmosphere when you enter to pick up food

We have found our perfecr pizza! My husband and I have been trying out different place the past few months since our food from Pizza Hut and others always comes messed up or the wrong order. We finally gave Genova’s a go and we have been so happy with every singel order. Its always consistant never over or under cooked. We refuse to order from anywhere else now. We always go in and pickup and the staff we have encountered is always very friendly.

The first time I ordered from here pizza delivered one hour and 45 minutes later after being told 45 minutes. Tried several times to call to find out where the order was busy signal for almost thirty minutes straight. Pizza finally arrives cold and no apology for anything just excuses at least not a COVID excuse I guess. So tonight December 10th 2021 decided to try again I wasn’t going to chance it I was picking this one up, because everyone has an off night wellllll I was wrong. Sat on hold for 7 minutes waiting to order only to be hung up on because someone doesn’t know how to operate the phone. Decided against ordering from here again at this point they must be too busy to need any more customers.

My wife and I went here for dinner and we had a Emma’s everything sub and it was delicious and we were stuffed after we ate it. We shared part of that with our Springer Spaniel Breezy, and she loved it as well.

Called at 5:46pm tonight to order almost 2 hours later I still don’t have my food. I understand they’re busy but they told me when I called about an hour, I patiently waited until it had been an hour and half since I called and they told me my driver should be pulling up anytime I wait another 20 min still no show so I call and the proceed to tell me I’m wrong aboht when I called which I wasn’t then asks me if I set my time back (on my phone lol ) and then I get the good and it’s not even luke warm needless to say I’m not waiting on their driver to pick the food back up and I will never order from this place again! I’ve ordered from pretty much every pizza delivery place in Marion. Genova’s delivery time is slightly longer than average (in the ballpark of an hour), but the quality of their food is well-worth the wait. Their fold overs and Stromboli is the best in town and their prices are surprisingly reasonable when compared with other pizza places in the area.
