The garlic chicken on thin crust was delicious. The thin crust allowed the toppings to be highlighted and not get overcome with crust. The second pie was also supposed to be veggie special on thin crust but we got the original crust instead and was just as delicious. Since we’re on Noom, we strive to save our calories but decided to splurge that evening. They have 2 veggie options. One without onions and tomatoes which we ordered, which we ordered. But we got exactly that one. So not sure where the miscommunication happened. Also we were asked what time we’d pick up. When we got there a few minutes ahead of time everything was ready but felt warm, as though it had been sitting for a while. Service was neutral. Atmosphere was nice. It smelled yummy.

I was in today the 10th. Came in ordered my pizza with an employee named Hayden. All was well there was a new employee that made it incorrectly but not a big deal he used Italian sausage instead of hamburger. When it was handed to me I told Hayden about the mistake, they then unwrapped it and started removing the toppings to remake it. I asked if I could have a fresh one. Hayden slams his hands down and says were not allowed to do that starts rudely asking me whats wrong with it. I told him okay we can refund the purchase or make a new one. He continued to argue as he remade it in such a way that was inappropriate to a level that was beyond unprofessional. He made me a worse pizza intentionally and berated me while doing so to the point I had to interject and say we should just stop talking and finish up so I can leave. Once finished I asked his name and position he gave it to me and as I walked away he was screaming telling me where to leave a review and to do you know what to myself. So here’s the review. If management reads this please reply with contact info and I’ll be in touch.

My daughter and I order from her all the time!! She loves their Mini murphs! It’s so great that I can pick up my pizza and it be made perfectly from me!! My daughter can have her own little mini Murph. The atmosphere, the workers, and the owner are all amazing.I would definitely recommend anyone going there.

Love the idea of take and bake pizza. Too bad there are fewer and fewer of these places any more. Their menu is half of what it used to be. They didn’t have the crust that I wanted. All in all however, the pizzas were great, and the people too.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Matthew was very impersonal as I walked in the door. My first time at Papa Murphys I attempted to ask a question but was cut short with, “what do u need”. I made myself clear however I guess he was to busy to hear my entire order and ro charge me for the 2 Ranch dressings. Well over course my order was wrong. As the guy who was worst then Matthew called my order out. Walked away didn’t say let me see what u ordered. He just walked away. So terrible and disappointed in my 1st experience at Danforth in Edmond Ok Papa Murphy Pizza. Smh I’m afraid to eat the pizza might be spit.
