Wondering when Jimmy John’s started charging a delivery fee and had door dashers take their deliveries? Food was as expected, but I was surprised to have a door dasher random person ringing my door bell! Asked to leave on porch as our family has the flu. All is well that ends well I suppose. Rude POS cashier. Literally would not look at you, And if you want to make a quick correction on a sandwich she just shrugged and typed really hard on the screen. Lol. No clue why there is hype about Jimmy John’s. Jersey Mike’s absolutely blows his place away.

I came in and ordered 3 Number 5’s, one with hot peppers. None of the sandwiches were labeled so when I asked the employee to confirm these were 3 Number 5’s, one with hot peppers, he nodded with a confused look. We get home, they were 3 entirely different sandwiches, none with hot peppers. It looks like they were made totally randomly. As people with dietary restrictions, we don’t feel comfortable eating here anymore.

1811 W Kirby in Champaign keeps marauders as delivered when they haven’t been. Had to call twice with my recent order since it wasn’t delivered after 2 hours of waiting so I could ask for a refund and go elsewhere where I’ll actually get the food that I order.

Disappointed in the wait time. Ordered online an in-store pickup, got there after about 10 minutes so I sat down figuring I’d have about a five minute wait. They helped three in-shops and gave them their food and gave another person her pickup order. After sitting there about seven minutes I asked whether my order was working… Cause like WTH? It’s been in for almost 20 minutes. First they said they just had to pack it up, then they realized they hadn’t even made it yet. ??? Waited another 6 minutes for them to make these four sandwiches with no apparent sense of urgency. It would’ve been faster to just get in line when I got here. Very frustrating. ☹️
