I’m really disappointed to have paid for a large latte and get one that’s half full. I notice it’s lighter than usual but it’s not a huge deal, when I go to take a sip I realize I have to tilt the cup halfway and it’s still not even touching my lips, I open it and it looks like this, literally half full. Why would I want to pay for a large when this is what I get. I had already driven away so that’s awesome too! 😐

This Kenosha based Dunkin’ Donuts at the Shell gas station always consistently makes very good drinks and is a favorite DnD stop to and from Illinois. Always friendly service. Drive thru is very convenient. Exceptional restrooms inside the Shell that have mouthwash and mini disposable cups which is a refreshing touch for travelers and commuters. Solid 4 stars.

Every single time, this establishment botches our order. Hash browns, a cheese and egg wrap, and a coffee were on the list. I got cheese and bacon instead. I told the “Danielle” who worked at the drive-up window what I had ordered. Because I don’t like bacon, I told her I didn’t order that. I ordered an egg and cheese wrap, I am aware of it. She treated me rudely, and I had to wait a while to get my wrapping. I won’t be going back to this Dunkin’. I waited for my order for a total of 30 minutes while also having to put up with a bad attitude. Really not professional.

I had gone in for some coffee. I did not catch the employees name. But she took a personal phone call on her own phone while taking my order and doesn’t even hand me my change. I also got a donut and she doesn’t even hand it to me just throws it down onto the counter. I work in management and this place has no credibility or respect for its paying customers.

They consistently give hot coffee in defective cups, the rims are damaged the lid doesn’t sit right and they leak. Shame on the owners if you damage your cups throw them away don’t pass them along to customers who spill hot coffee on themselves. Shame!

Very rude today and usually they’re not..gave me the wrong coffee…no big deal. When I asked for my donuts the girl that was just standing there said “I don’t know what u had” and just stood there..when she finally got them she had an attitude…I’m confused why they’re so upset for doing their job?
