I came here a few days ago after Googling fish and chips and this was one of the restaurants that popped open. The service was fast and very convenient, reasonably priced and the food was delicious. It was later in the evening and I ate while driving so I don’t have food pics but it did not disappoint.

Cooked fresh on the spot. The food is seasoned with just the right amount. There is nothing fishy about their fish, tatse absolutely fresh. Oh man, the prawns are well worth adding to a combo meal. Simple menu with great prices.

The fish and shrimp were heavily coated with a flour-based batter that tasted too much like gritty floor. The fish pieces varied between thin with very fishy parts and nice plump delicious pieces. Unfortunately there were far more of the thin fishy bits. The shrimp were better and are something I’d eat again if not for the gritty costing. The fries were excellent and the oil was obviously fresh.

Quality always trumps quantity, but one should never settle for less than satisfactory. The ribs were tough as leather and matches in flavor. Red beans that taste like watered down leftovers with a hard bean here and there. The potato salad was pretty good, the greens were from the can and not Glory, which would have helped. The best feature being the chocolate lady with that million dollar smile

MAJOR thumbs up for having a Tekken arcade game. Tekken is life. At any rate, the fries are amazing. The fish (sole) is light and they give you such huge quantities of it, that you are stuffed. The shrimp is amazing. The batter alone is flavorful. Also, if you’re into hush puppies, this is the place to go. About $15 you can definitely get your grub on. However, for $20, you’re feasting. You WILL have left overs as well. Which is fine. The food is even better the next day.
