Ordered medium thin crust pepperoni pizza, but half with onions. Got onions on more than half and only 16 total pepperoni on whole pizza. Some slices with only one pepperoni… totally unacceptable. SMH Pizza Hut. Take your time in making the pizza. Its an art not rushed.

I see a lot of negative comments for this location, however my experience has been positive every time I have ordered pizza here, delivery or carry out. You can combine coupons if you order online, which for my family is awesome. We order here at least 2 times a month for the last yr with out any issues.

I never give reviews, but if I could give zero stars I would. The employees locked the door during business hours and yelled at a customer who let us in. They said they were behind and trying to get caught up. No one seemed to know what was going on, no one was in charge, and the employees seemed annoyed they had to work. We had ordered online and already paid. Waited almost an hour to get our food. The pizza was not very good either. It has been awhile since we ordered food from Pizza Hut, and we will not order again. Please save your money and time and get pizza from somewhere with better service and food.

Ordered pizza for my family on the app and order never came. I couldn’t reach anyone at the store. I had to go up there in person to request my $67. I barely got any kind of an apology and felt like I was annoying them for not getting my food. “Oh, I guess the driver must have kept your order for themselves.” This was the response from the cashier at the store.

I wouldn’t give them a star but I have too. I tried to speak to a manager before I decided to put an online review but call was disconnected. Was told it would take 15 minutes, then waited 45 min in a hot dining room before we asked status on our 1 large meat lovers pizza. We were the only ones in the dining room but gave the benefit of the doubt hey could be busy. Was told our order was skipped, when I asked why cashier stated well idk lol. Will never go their again guess little ceaser it is!!

Terrible wait. They have a drive thru lane that is primarily used due to their dining area being closed off. I order my pizza at 7:45 and the app had a ready time of 23 minutes. It’s 8:56 and I just received my pizza. It’s definitely been ready but has just been sitting. Ridiculous. Lesson learned stay away from this Pizza Hut.

This place treats you terrible. I was polite as possible trying to get a refund or exchange for something else, for a bad order that also looks bad. (If I can post a picture then I will.) This manager talks down to me, acts like I am an irritant, rude and very unreasonable. I cant imagine that being good for business. I work in prepared foods and it know its not easy but I dont take it out one customers. Especially polite ones.

Worst service ever. Ordered online got there to pick up and went to drive thru – person couldnt locate the order told to go inside. Rude lady at the front said it was cashed out and it would have to be remade. Then she said it was given to someone else so not sure what really.
