Think I got a bag that got left at the drive through.. neither sandwich was the beef and cheddar we ordered and what I think is a chicken sandwich was dry and cold. Fries were still good though.

I worked at an Arby’s during highschool and eventually was a night shift manager for a few years. So whenever I go I know what to look for. The past year or so the service and quality was very low. Roast beef was cut thick and wait time was worse than a Whataburger so I stopped going. But I have recently started going again the past few months. I have been impressed with the turn around. The food quality is still lacking just a little. The woman in glasses that works drive through is very pleasant and professional. So just by the customer service itself, I will be back. Customer service goes a long way with me. My only recommendation is Bring Potato Cakes Back

This place has always been a little slow, but every time I come here it seems to get worse. The last two times I went here they weren’t taking cards, and just recently I was told I would have to go inside because the entire drive thru system was down. It’s just a hassle and not worth it any more. They have had staffing issues this entire past year where they aren’t open in the middle of the day sometimes too. I’m pretty shocked it is still in operation….

A PERFECT dining experience tonight. Fast food isn’t hard, but people make it hard. Not this Arby’s. The Korean shift manager (did not get his name) tonight was on point! Friendly, offered basic communication (which is seldom seen in fast food), and knowledgeable. Someone has to do this job and he was damn good at it. I wish all Arby’s were this efficient. Oh yeah, BRING BACK POTATO CAKES!!!

I love Arby’s and been to this one before but this time it wasn’t a great experience. Not horrible but stood at regester waiting for someone to come up front for quite a few minutes and had to say hello to get her up there. No big deal then I got a drink wich was out so I emptied it and got another. Went to get ketchup, out! Went up front got some packets. Food was already done she handed it to me Went to sit down and half the table’s were dirty, started eating my fries were soggy and cold so eas my husband’s. We will go back but please check up on employees and explain that after a really long hard day I just wanna grab a bite and go home. 7-25-23

Ordered 5 sandwiches and wasted 50 bucks on horrible food. Roast beef was junk, fat pieces, chewy and not the thin sliced Arby’s is known for. It was junk thick sliced roast beef you could get at Walmart. There is no way you can be serving this poor quality to customers and have satisfactory reviews. I expect a full refund
