I rarely eat takeout but needed something easy and cheap. Sat in the drive thru line for TWENTY minutes!! Watched employees handling food barehanded. Oh, and, MY GOSH, what a drrryyyyyy burger doused in mustard. Gross. Good reminder why I never eat at BK. I’ll never be back.

Absolutely worst experience ever. The intercom system was down, so after waiting to be greeted for 10 minutes I decided to pull up to the window. They told me it wasn’t their fault the intercom wasn’t working, and that they couldn’t take my order at the window. I’ve been a fast food manager for over 7 years before, that is an unacceptable answer, and terrible customer service. I will make sure I spread the word. Ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru because lobby was closed due to short staff. Fries were cold and hard, mozzarella sticks were overcooked and looked like they had been sitting for a looooong time . Burgers weren’t bad but were cold. I found a piece of straw or a stick in mine

It seems as if they can only Finish the customer at the window before they can take another order at the speaker Box. The burger is a little misleading called the big king but it’s super small makes me wonder what the regular king size is

It’s Burger King. It’s the same everywhere. They do a good job if you know what BK is. This location is not above or below average. It is a good BK to get a Whoper meal w/o a fuss. We are in Montana for crying out loud. Few choices, but BK has maintained the standard here too.

Overcharge for mediocre food that is frequently cold. Yall want 14-16 dollars per person for food that is wrong half the time and cold the other half. Total rip off
