My sweet mother ordered me and my girlfriend a square cut pizza with extra pepperoni and some cheese sticks, we waited for over 2 HOURS for it to get there and the order was wrong! And I called back asking for a refund after being hung up on earlier and they denied several times that the order wasn’t wrong when it was. Horrible customer service I’ve ever seen at a pizza place. I’d rather eat the bottom of a trash can than eat any more pizza than this papa Johns (especially this papa johns) these clowns need to take a customer service lesson because it seems like I’m not the only person who is mistreated. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Placed an online order and forgot to order extra cheese cups. Called the store immediately and they would not let me add them to my order. They said I would have to place another order and pay an additional delivery fee. They could not guarantee they would come with my original order. They may come seperate with a different driver. REALLY???? For cheese cups? I then said to cancel the order and I would just place a new order. They said they couldn’t do that either. Wow!! Customer service at its finest. I would understand if I wanted something for free or if I wanted to add a pizza to my order, but cheese cups no thank you papa johns. I will think twice before ordering from this store again.

Tried ordering by phone. Kept on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer, they finally answered after hanging up and calling back after another 5 minutes only to be treated as a bother and enduring some childish excuses over and over by a combative employee. All for a simple Pizza with no special requests no complications. When I managed a branch I would have fired an employee who treated a customer in this manner. Not worth it. I’d order from the other local ones personally, but this one has gone down hill in the last few months.

Depends on who is working! Went on a busy Sat, tasted perfect. During the week, was not busy but food was sub par. Not worth the elevated cost for a 2 topping pizza. Navigating the online promotional offers is a nightmare!
