This Chipotle location can never get it right. Literally every order we’ve had from here is wrong, unfortunately DoorDash won’t let you choose a location. Ordered a veggie bowl and it was missing the fajitas, ya know the main ingredient of veggie bowl. Also the salsa had a huge piece of lettuce in it and the sour cream was contaminated with salsa. Huge indicator that the prep station is probably messy. Avoid this location if you can.

I love this place. I had such a great experience. The cook was amazing! He was so friendly and courteous. Thanks Karl Moore for the excellent service and delicious food. I didn’t wait for anything they were fast, fresh, and super friendly. Good job Chipotle! I highly recommend them.

This restaurant is disgusting. Food laying on all the counters, trash on the floors, all of the employees are covered in food. Legitimately looked like a trash can was spilled out all over the kitchen.

Never go to this Chipotle on Sunday night! This time I waited in the chipotlane for 7 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. Over 5 minutes of which I was at the window just waiting for someone to hand me my food which I could see on the shelf by the window getting cold.. and with only 2 customers inside the restaurant. It’s always like this when I go on Sunday evening. And more often than not, after 7:00 they’re out of multiple sides and don’t bother to mention it until they’re handing the bag out the window.

The lady at the cash register overcharged me with Guacamole which I never ordered nor received and when I questioned her answer is “to call the chipotle customer care and she can’t give me my money back”. It’s just dumb and ridiculous!

Good food even though they messed up. They made a new dish. They do need to be taught how to create a great experience by demeanor and behind the counter conversations with each other. Management is not the same quality I experienced at their ages. I haven’t seen attitudes of professionalism in my Tennessee tour amongst those 30 and below. However I greatly praise those who do give effort.

I love Chipotle and this location is always a great representative of their brand! The ingredients are always fresh, employees are always friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. The only critique I have is their drink machine, it is frequently not mixed well. You roll the dice purchasing a drink because the experience is not consistent. That is my only critique. Overall, great location!

The store itself is a mess. The prep area is covered in rice and the juices from whatever people have gotten in their burritos. This could be especially problematic for those with dietary issues. It seems like No one here cares. The tortillas weren’t steamed completely, the kid working the line just slopped ingredients down like a school lunch lady, the burritos were overfilled and not even wrapped properly. It was a mess all around and one of them even fell apart on me. What’s worse is that when I asked for a refund, the “manager” told me to call Chipotle’s hotline, who then tried to give me a coupon for a free meal and that if I wanted a refund, I would have to call the store. When I called the store, the same “manager” told me to call a different number (still customer care). When they tried again to give me a coupon for one free entree, I told them I did not accept that and that they would give me a refund. It has been 3 days and Chipotle customer care has ghosted me.

Growing up in Orlando, Chipotle was one of my favorite places to go for lunch. Unfortunately the chipotle here in Chattanooga is not good. I don’t know if Carson was having a bad day or what. If I had a grain of rice for every time he rolled his eyes my burrito bowl would be overflowing! Asking for a kids combo required him to get the container from the back. You would have thought I smacked his dog before his clueless eyes. The guy moves slower than the speed of smell. I don’t see myself returning here any time soon.
