If there was a 10 stars I would put it without a second thought. This was the best Jimmy Johns experience. The staff was friendly and outgoing, not to mention the front desk guy was having such a good day that he decided to give us free medium drinks and free pickle. And the food was delicious. This is seriously why Jimmy Johns is my favorite fast food joint

The pickup for my order was almost ready. I had time to wait. I ordered a little jimmy veggie. When I opened it, it did not have tomatoes or onion. It was cheese and lettuce with half a cucumber slice. Come on! How hard is it to make a sandwich. Not happy.

I’ve gotten food here multiple times and every time something is missing. I asked for extra lettuce every time and never get it. If we ask for ranch on the side it never comes in our bag. I know these issues seem so trivial but it’s honestly ridiculous at how hard it is to just do what is on the order tickets. I’m a big fan of jimmy johns and I can’t find a single location in Grand Rapids that can actually get an order right especially this one.

Always a great Jimmy John’s to stop to. As usual…Everything here is freaky fast and the sandwich’s always come out just as I ask them. I tend to do the order online and pick up in store which I find way easier when I’m time crunched and want to get in and out fast. As long as I put “As soon as possible” on my order all I have to do is drive to Jimmy’s, walk in, look on the shelf by the door and my order is always ready. Thanks for making it easy to get my order and having amazing food!!
