I have had one of my best pizzas here. The Detroit style hot honey pizza is one of my new favorites. Cheese sticks are good too. I assume all their pizzas are made with sour dough and because of that there is a good flavor added to the taste. It’s a take out place and so, the ambience is not dine-in friendly. Except that, it’s a great place to eat. Moreover, Blue Square is really close to Hopkinton state park.

This simply was the best pizza (New York Style) I’ve had in quite some time. I truly hope the owners maintain this level of quality because if they do, this will be a hidden treasure for the residents in Hopkinton for some time to come. Looking forward to trying the Grandma as well as Detroit Style. Pizza is such a simple culinary art yet so many get it wrong. Not these guys – they nailed it.
