Whoever runs this place decided one employee was enough. Had to wait behind someone else that was waiting who knows how long because the employee was in the bathroom. Understandable, we all have to use the bathroom at some point, so it’s not really his fault. But it’s the fault of whoever made the stupid decision to have a single employee.

Worst dunks I’ve been to. Honestly, worst chain “restaurant” I’ve ever been to. I live within a 5 minute walk of this store and used to mobile order the same thing every weekday. Without fail, something is made wrong everyday, most often my coffee, sometimes my sandwich. Just a hazelnut swirl with cream, not complicated. Not to mention it is literally printed on the sticker on the cup, but they either put in the shot instead of swirl or nothing at all. Today I went back after 4 weeks of Starbucks. I changed things up to make it easier for them. Just a strawberry refresher, mobile ordered. Got there, took the drink from the rack, took a sip and it was peach. When I told them it isn’t what I ordered, they told me they were out of strawberry so they made that. What if I was allergic? I asked them just to make my hazelnut swirl with cream instead and guess what. They made it wrong. Never again.

The staff was very friendly. They almost gave me an extra donut. The generous shots of espresso tasted better than expected. Outdoor seating was pleasant in the early morning. Two SUVs of Concord Police officers showed up for coffee.
