Had not had pizza hut in a long time and I’m so glad we did. The hot honey pizza with there pan crust was cooked to perfection. Our other pizza, pasta and bread stick were also perfectly cook and assembled. Delivery was fast and the driver was professional and arrived early and with hot fresh food. We will have to make this one of our other go to’s in the future!

My husband and I ordered the new Detroit pizza with double pepperoni. When we got the pizza, it was a complete pool of sauce, and barely any cheese. We called the restaurant and asked for a remake and stated what was wrong. The gentleman rudely stated he will not remake it and we can call corporate on the website if we want to. We asked for his name and he hung the phone up. At this point, I have NEVER experienced customer service like that from anywhere. I’m not sure if day shift is as rude as night shift but we definitely will not be back. I would think twice before ordering from this Pizza Hut. There’s numerous pizza places around us and they know how to give quality customer service. I am actually truly disappointed in this place. I would pick a different pizza place before wasting money here. This occurred the evening of 9/20/21.

We have received great food and service from this location!! I would suggest to order through their app or walk in. I tried to call in an order and was very frustrated because I was talking to someone that was not at their location but possibly an outside source (assuming not even in same country because there was a huge language barrier).
