The hot stone bibimbop is very good at this location. It comes with plenty of food, so consider sharing if you don’t have a large appetite. A small nitpick is that the fried egg provided was closer to over-hard than over easy, but that’s more of a preference thing. Overall, Bop & Gogi satisfied our Korean food craving!

The restaurant had modern decor similar to Chipotle and used a touch screen ordering system. If the line gets too long, someone will take your order. I ordered the kimchi chigae, which is kimchi soup with pork and a most flavorful broth. It wasn’t too spicy. All the ingredients look fresh and properly prepared. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Their English was not great so I almost missed my order when they stated my order. Simple solution was to ask if it was your order.

My daughter ordered a grilled chicken plate for me through Uber eats. I was looking forward to all the sides included in this order which was japchae, mixed salad and bean sprouts and she also paid for EXTRA veggies for $2.99. I did NOT get any of my sides so obviously I didn’t get the extra order of veggies too. I am so disappointed!!! No more Uber eats ordering from this place. Bop and Gogi should check orders. You took the extra order for veggies and I didn’t even get all the veggies that were supposed to be in the regular order.

Order at the kiosk and get served really good Korean at a little serving window. I had Korean available in my college town, and this is even better to some extent. I do like Dae Gee’s out here in CO, but this place has my favorite Kimchi I’ve had. I had Kimbop for the first time in years at this locale as I’ve not seen it out here (not at Dae gee either). And my hot stone Bibimpbap with the spicy Bulgogi was excellent.

Fantastic bibimbop! I had mine with pork belly in the stone bowl and it was great. You select your food on the kiosk along with any customizations. It was easy and intuitive. Highly recommend this place!

So happy to find a solid kimbap place. I had the tonkastu kimbap and some miyeok guk, super tasty. I’ll be back to try their pajeon and teokkboki. But they have all the classic dishes too! The owners are really nice too!
