Classic style cold New England lobster roll, knuckle and claw stacked up high with a little bit of lettuce celery and scallion, light Mayo toss and slung onto a toasted roll for your enjoyment. The lobster is day fresh and perfectly cooked, served up quick with fast service on a tray so yo I can walk away with it. The location of the lot up in Middleton is perfect, easy drive on 114 right near richardsons. Plenty of parking, pet and kid friendly, plenty of options but I’m always going back for the lobster roll and fried crab raviolis. Absolutely killer 10/10 New England seafood.

My visit to Salty’s was a bit underwhelming, to be honest. I ordered two lobster rolls, but the presence of lettuce in them was quite a letdown for me, as I prefer a classic lobster roll. Adding to my dissatisfaction, the onion rings turned out to be undercooked, leaving me with a less than ideal impression. While the overall experience was okay, it fell short of meeting my expectations of a truly quintessential New England seafood spot.

This was our first time here. And all I can say is WOW! I got a hot lobster roll and it was PERFECT! So much meat. And the flavor! As soon as I bit into it I could taste the butter mixing in with the lobster. It was so good! The roll was really good too. It was delish! Can’t wait to come back!!

Proportions we’re great but I was pretty underwhelmed by the flavor. We got a cold and a hot lobster roll to try both. The amount of lobster was fantastic and it was cooked perfectly. The bread was super tasty, buttery, pillowy and really well textured.

My wife and I had a hot and cold lobster roll as well as the lobster tacos. Best lobster rolls we’ve had in the area by far! The lot the food truck is in is really cool—plenty of picnic tables and other food trucks. Will be back for sure!

A friend with family in Danvers took me here during a conference, and it was an amazing first lobster roll of my visit! The amount of lobster is generous compared to places we’ve tried in Boston. Meaty, hot, and fresh, and the standard wedge fries were good, too. Next time I want to try the lobster panini, but I had to start with the classic. The food truck park is pretty cute, with fun lobster chairs and butter tables around a fire pit. Lots of hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies at the picnic tables.

Competitively one of the best lobster rollers I’ve ever had, and on a food truck at that! Also right across Richardson’s, this lot has other food trucks as well. If you’re looking for a bussin lobster roll, well sheeeeesh here ya go!
