Once again, I have to come back and put another review about this place up here, I’ve been on the road trip across this entire country, and stopped at Chester in most locations throughout the entire interstate corridor and those locations were perfect. This is the only Chesters in the entire nation that is trash., these fools never have chicken ready, they close early even though the subway in the same location was still open. The staff is rude. The only good thing about this location is the chicken is good when they have it whoever the manager or runs this one needs to step it up because they suck out of an entire nationfrom Florida to California

When they first opened I would go there about once a week. This location is not good. My food was lukewarm, wedges were old and the chicken a little too salty! And the biscuits are flat. The Ocala location is always awesome AND their prices are better! They NEED that staff that opened up because the food was Always hot! Definitely geared to starving truckers. I guess they’ll eat anything.

Mydaughter got chicken strips and potato wedges and they were hard and cold. When she asked the girl for new fresh ones she said they are not coming any more tonight….um it was 6:30pm and they close at 8:30pm!!!

I ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 thighs and 1 leg with mashed potatoes and a pie. There was only 2 thighs and no legs besides the sides very disappointed. No way to contact them to let them know

It’s bad. Filled a family size mashed potatoes and gravy less than 1/4 full and run out of wings substitute without saying a word. Foods room temperature. To top it off the food isn’t any good. I threw what I did get in the garbage.

I came in and asked about a item not featured in the case. The young lady offered to make it and even quoted me a cook time which made it easy for me to continue shopping. She was very kind with a beautiful personality. Thank you for making my lunch special.

Close at 8:30 and get attitude at 8:15 that they are not cooking any more. You can do better Pilot. Hire people who are willing and happy to do their job. Very disappointed occasional customer that will now happily pass you going forward.

For a quick service chicken place, it was surprisingly good. The fried chicken was moist and the chicken strips where huge. The biscuits are awesome. I liked the food here better then KFC or Popeyes.The staff was pleasent, courteous, and quick.

I would worry about how they clean all three of these restaurants The godfather Subway and Chester’s it’s not sanitary I’ve seen how they breaded it and everything and the food was still cold prepared too early and not made when people order it
