Modest selection of flavors. I’d like to have slightly beefier chicken wings and more sauce on them. For me the seating area could be about twice as big, but it looks like most people treat this as takeout. It was our first time at one of these. They do online orders ahead of time if you want quicker service. I do like you can refill your own drinks at your own pace. Fries are similar to 5guys, but without all the salt; in fact it’s no salt so you might need to bring your own.

It was terrible the last 4 times I came in waited over an hour for food that was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes…they give you no type of compensation for your time not even a free drink …. To get mediocre food that’s not even ok… I’ve won’t be back 4 times is enough to show me they don’t care…. I have fry bits in my corn too just not cool

Although I experienced an issue with my order, the manager Will handled my concerns very professionally and personally made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Natalie and the manager Will’s customer service saved my experience from being a totally terrible one.

The food was terrible the boneless wings were overcookedand had so much garlic and butter you couldn’t eat them. The bone in wings were undercooked and the Hawaiian sauce was bland. fries were cold and soggy. The delivery driver was rude on the phone. Not worth the money or the hour wait.

If this is their normal product I doubt I’ll become a regular customer. The fries are just sad, mushy strips that obviously aren’t all completely sliced. Crisp is no where to be found…. The chicken was better. Although I ordered original hot and my wife ordered mild. I thought hers were spicier than mine. I also got lemon pepper. The lemon is overwhelming. I think I can only handle one at a time so I’ll have snacks for a while. With the ample staff on hand I’m disappointed in their quality control. I recommend choosing a side other than the fries!

Food was great. But what got me was when I got up to throw my trash away there was no trash can. How are you gunna have indoor seating but no trash can for us to throw out our food. I had to walk over the five guys to just throw my trash away. On top of that the female’s bathroom door doesn’t lock.

The tall kid took my order was so nice. Got a combo 6 wings fry soda. I said make mty frys extra crispy. Floor felt like I was on ice slipping all over. I tried 1 fry inside stop blah thought well ill put in airfryer when i get home. They were so wet soggy. What is that sweet bbq seasoning i have that seasoning but not on frys,sweet frys no!!!!Well 15$ gone wing 6 pc i thought they were whole,no all the little parts of the wings where u buy these little wings at Kroger or Aldis!???? U know the best most funniest part my garbage disposal, Brea my dog spit the fry out left on the floor. Your fries suck!

Came here on Tuesday ,Mango habanero wings were not def not for me.The BBQ wings were tasty like always. I don’t know if a ranch cup comes with an entree or if you have to buy it which in my case I did. Any other restaurant only charges if you want extra ranch which I didn’t(I just wanted one cup) the cashier was mid for customer service,kept on messing with co-workers instead of handing me my food. Overall I will be back because at the end it is tasty.

I would give this store a 0 if I could. The cashiers are always so rude and spiteful with any customers, especially doordash drivers. They’re always telling people 30+ minute wait times with less than 7 orders and 4+ cooks. Like get your business together. Anyone looking for good service or driving for doordash should go elsewhere because this place is a joke.
