I had the grilled fish sandwich… The bun was good.. the slice of tomato was bigger than the piece of fish on the sandwich..

We really enjoyed our dining experience. Take the elevator to the Top floor. We had reservations and were given a choice of the restaurant area or the bar area. We chose a high top next to the window to see the great view. Julie was s very friendly waitress. The food was very good and we would definitely go back again. Let the parking guy know you have dinner reservations and he will let you know where to park.

A pretty cool place to gets some food and drinks on the beach with a great view. Visited at 11:30a in June, sat outside on the top level of Lani Kai and enjoyed snacks, drinks and the view for a couple of hours. Food and service was good and we enjoyed our visit. Normally I would have thought it would have been too busy to visit, but this time of year was perfect.

I will go out of my way to eat here. It was very busy and you will need patience when finding parking. The first thing I noticed was the view… I love a good rooftop! The service was relaxed but you can tell they care. They have a covered part of the restaurant for those who don’t like the heat. I went outside and got a beach view. The seats are on a little roller coaster and is covered. It really makes you feel like alone. Food was amazing and fresh. Did not feel rushed and the service is attentive to your drinks.

What a great place to watch the world go bye and have a great bite to eat with a great strong drink at a fair price! Our server Megan was AMAZING! She greeted us with a smile and interacted with us throughout the evening! We asked if we can stay till they close and she didn’t skip a beat and said of course I’ll be happy to take care of you! Let me tell you she nailed it, very personal, happy to be at work considering it was a holiday! Can’t wait to go back and I hope she’s working, as we will be asking to sit in her section!!! See you all there!

This restaurant is located on the 6th floor of the Lani Kai Resort. Parking is not free. The parking attendant, an older bald, heavy set man, is pretty gruff and does not appear to like his job. He was yelling at people constantly. He even yelled at our Lyft driver for wanting to drop us off closer to the elevator as I have a disability. We took a Lyft over here. In order to get to the restaurant part, you need to go up an old elevator that holds 6 people, go through a loud, rowdy bar and then you get to the outdoor seating. Even though we called early in the morning to reserve the swinging table next to the view, and were promised it, they said they did not receive our reservation and it was made for another indoor restaurant up there! So then we had to speak to the manager, 2 servers and finally after waiting for other diners to leave, we were able to get the table we requested in the morning. We ordered Crab Cakes, which tasted mediocre and Clam Strips with fries. Nothing special. Our main reason for going there was to catch the Sunset, which they advertise. And we did get to see it. Just don’t expect much and you will be happy if you get the view tables. The entire place needs remodeling badly. No one was wearing a mask that we could see..neither staff nor customers.

If you are at Fort Myers Beach, you have to go to Sun Deck!! Very nice restaurant with absolutely perfect beach view! Food is good & staff is friendly! Go there by 5:30 to enjoy beautiful sunset in winter with some awesome live music! (It’s not even as expensive as it looks)

The view is why you should go but the rum runner with 151 proof topper is why you’ll stay. Fantastic. A must do while at Ft. Myers beach. Great food too. Went two days in a row for lunch and afternoon cocktails. Service was also friendly. If I’m anywhere near here I’m going back. This hotel is the party spot on the beach. Lots of activity with an age range of 20 or 30 year olds. Didn’t stop me tho. I’m 50 and I loved it. Night time might get a little wild here. Nice to stay somewhere else and visit here in my opinion.

Loved the outside seating and view. The food was good but not for the price. I had blackened shrimp which had very little flavor. I could tell the mixed drinks were done by different bartenders.
