Food was ok, a little less than average. Service was ok, a little less than average. The building was a little run down, but painted up. They had trashy day-time television on in the eating area, it was not good. I would have asked them to change the channel, but some of the other customers were really into it and I didn’t want to spoil their fun. Cleanliness in my opinion was average, but they do have an “A” rating so that’s good. I debated giving them three stars, but the chicken tenders with the hot honey sauce was NOT good so that pulled my rating down. Average to below average experience, won’t go back.

7:30 went in the drive-through i ask for a family bundle(chicken) theytell me no more Breaded Chicken only tenders . So disappointed bcz i ask what time they were closing and say 9:00pm with is early for them not to have Fried chicken.

This KFC is decent. they make good chicken sandwiches and the chicken is always cooked ok. nothing burnt or below standards for the KFC chain. overall good customer service but they do occasionally get orders wrong which is a bit of a let down. other than that nothing stands out about this certain location

I hate having to wear a mask, clearly there are some misunderstandings. The food is great but communication is bad. I clearly said I would like macaroni and cheese instead of a soda and I end up getting charged for 2 sodas. Some days are better than others.
